Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kawaya Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching services designed to help our clients achieve their career goals. Because of the personalized nature of our services, we have established the following refund and cancellation terms:
    1.    Eligibility for Refunds
    •    Clients are eligible for a full refund if they cancel within 7 calendar days of purchase and no coaching sessions have been conducted.
    •    After the first session has been delivered, payments are non-refundable.
    2.    Cancellations by the Client
    •    Clients may cancel scheduled sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.
    •    Missed sessions without notice will be considered forfeited and not rescheduled.
    3.    Cancellations by Kawaya Academy
    •    In the unlikely event that we must cancel a session, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client.
    4.    Payment Plans & Financing
    •    If you choose to pay using Klarna or another financing partner, the terms of repayment are governed by that provider. Any disputes about installment schedules must be directed to the provider.
