Refund and Dispute Policy

All sales are final. Once a purchase is made, no refunds will be issued. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at info@kawayainc.com within 7 days, and we will review the dispute on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel coaching sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. However, cancellations do not qualify for refunds or credits, as all sales are final. Program enrollments cannot be canceled once purchased.
